The Supreme Truth Consciousness(Book 1, Chapter XV)
[SUMMARY]The discussion of how the universe of forms and forces came to be from Supermind is further explained in this chapter. Here Sri Aurobindo describes two essential statuses of Supermind that enabled the universe to unfold from its original Conscious Force; its all knowing, undivided, comprehensive first status; and its apprehending, dividing status from which the Many emerges from the One as individualized forms in space and time. We can think of the comprehending status as unitarian self-knowledge in potential, and the apprehending status as the deployment of that potential as identifiable, distinct, objectified principles, forces, and forms in the universe.
Forms are made possible when the self-knowledge of Supermind is made into an object of its own comprehending subjectivity. It is were individualization of principles, forces, form occurs through the emergence of tri-aspect of subject-object-method, as in love-beloved-loving; knower-known-knowing, and other triunes.
Also discussed is the relationship between space and time and Supermind. [E.g. how these two dimensions need to be there to enable triunes of subject-object-method. This is further taken up in the later chapter on Cosmic Determinants.]. Also there is discussed Supermind's cosmic vision of things, its unity of consciousness, how it sees the right relationship of things, and the Whole of things, etc.

What Supermind Is
-Supermind is the nature of the Divine Being.
Supermind's Deployment of Forms, Forces, Principles in the Universe
-Supermind/Truth Consciousness is everywhere in the universe as a ordering self-knowledge by which the One manifests the harmonies of its infinite potential multiplicity.
-There is a predetermining Idea in the very seed of things.
-Supermind releases, creates forms and powers of itself.
-Supermind determines forms, force, and functioning.
-The whole development is predetermined in Supermind's self-knowledge.
-It will be in the end that which was contained and intended in its seed.
-There is a development and progress of the world according to an original truth of its own being.
-Supermind is present in every form and force of the universe.
-Supermind gathers, disperses, modifies the energies which it uses.
-Supermind contains all forms of itself which its Conscious-Force created.
Supermind pervades the forms in an indwelling Presence and self-revealing Light.
[Supermind and Process of Creation -- -1) Perhaps we can say that the predetermining idea of Supermind is like our own vision of what we want to become. 2) Also Supermind has knowledge and will fused in creating, as we have vision and the will together to create.]
Time and Space and Supermind-Time and space is the Conscious Being seeing itself in extension; subjectively as time, objectively as space.
-Supermind embraces and unifies the successions of time and the divisions of space.
-Supermind sees the whole extension of time and space.
Supermind Sees Right Relations of Things, the Whole
-Supermind sees each potentiality in its proper force, essential necessity, right relations to the others.
-To see things steadily and to see them whole is the very nature of the transcendent Supermind.
Supermind's Self-Vision
-Supermind has a conscious vision.
-Supermind works out things with a knowledge according to the impeccable self-vision, and the force of Existence.
-Supermind is a cosmic vision which is all comprehensive; all pervading, all-inhabiting.
Supermind's Unity, Comprehensive Knowledge-Supermind possesses and acts always on the truth of unity.
-In the Supramental consciousness the knower, knowledge, and the known are not divided, but one.
-Supermind is comprehensive divine consciousness.
-Supermind comprehends all things in being and dynamic knowledge.
-In Supermind Divine Knowledge and Divine Will are the same fundamental movements or acts of existence.
Comprehending (All Knowing, Undividing) Status of Supermind
-There is indivisibility in the comprehending Supermind.
-It contains all multiplicity without derogating from its own unity.
-The Supermind lives in the greater knowledge that is indivisible and one.
Supermind is one in oneness and one in multiplicity, one in all conditions, and everywhere.
-In Supermind the One and the All are the same existence. [To perceive this directly is to have the vision of Brahman.]
Apprehending (Dividing) Status of Supermind-There is also the secondary apprehending power of Supermind of a projecting, a confronting, in which knowledge centralizes itself and stands back from its works to observe them.
-This centralization is the beginning of self-division -- i.e. its phenomenal appearance.
-From this status, a practical distinction is made between the Knower, Knowledge, and the Known the enjoyer, Enjoyment, and the Enjoyed; and the Self, Maya, and the becomings of Self.
-The apprehending consciousness of Supermind is born when there is self-division.
-The apprehending status of Supermind is a further departure from the unitarian truth of things and from the indivisible consciousness.
-There is her an unequal concentration of consciousness and a multiple distribution of the force. (?)

OTHER:Experiencing the Eternal Present through Higher Consciousness
And to a consciousness higher than Mind which should regard our past, present and future in one view, containing and not contained in them, not situated at a particular moment of Time for its point of projection, Time might well offer itself as an eternal present.Experiencing All Points of Space
And to the same consciousness not situated at any particular point of Space, but containing all points and regions of itself, Space also might offer itself as a subjective and indivisible extension, -- no less subjective than Time.
